Victoria Threadgould

Victoria is the Director of Grants at The Seton Fund, part of Ascension Seton, where she works with the philanthropic community to support Ascension Seton’s Central Austin adult facilities. She seeks and manages grants between $20,000-$100,000; develops programs and services, with measurable outcomes that meet hospital and community needs; and builds relationships with funders and donors, providing progress updates and impact reports. Prior to this role, Victoria worked at the Livestrong Foundation as Director of Grants Management. At Livestrong, she wrote and managed grants to support programs and operations. She also established and ran their national grantmaking program, Livestrong Solution Grants. She is a member of the Grant Professionals Association and serves on the board of the Grant Professionals Foundation. Victoria earned her Grant Professional Certified credential in December 2021.

I have a love for cultivating relationships and bringing communities together by meeting folks where they are and showing how their life passions can help others by giving back to their own community. Outside of the work, you can find me in the great outdoors on a trail or on the water with friends, enjoying a Bikram Yoga class, road-tripping to National Parks with my husband Gregory or at Zilker with my chocolate lab Crockett Pearl.
