Jayden Beatty

Jayden is a fundraising and nonprofit professional with a decade of experience in the sector. She has led fundraising initiatives for organizations with annual budgets of $1–3 million, managed the completion of a $10 million capital campaign, launched planned giving and peer-to-peer fundraising programs, and secured multi-million-dollar gifts, including six-figure gifts from corporate and individual donors and seven-figure grants.

With expertise in strategic planning, major gift cultivation, and team leadership, Jayden has managed development teams and volunteers, guided multi-year strategic plans, and launched effective programmatic and fundraising initiatives. She has served as the first Executive Director of AFP Greater Austin since February 2025.

Jayden holds a degree in Political Science from Southwestern University and lives in Buda, Texas, where she enjoys reading, watching Bravo, being a dog mom to her pup Penny, and spending time with friends and family.
