Session Description:

If your organization wants to unlock the potential of major gifts to power your mission, Whether you are development staff, an executive director or board member, you will come away from the day excited about talking to donors about making major gift investments in your mission and empowered with tools and knowledge to ask successfully.  

This workshop is for anyone with a major gift fundraising role, whether a staff member, board or fundraising volunteer. The afternoon content will be specifically tailored for executive directors, board members and fundraising volunteers.

The Major Gifts Intensive will feature the nationally acclaimed speaker and author of Empowering Your Board to Serve as Effective Development Ambassadors. This book has also been translated into Spanish by the AFP Mexico Foundation and both versions will be available at the conference.

In this day long working session, Marcy will take us through a variety of mindset and method tools, resources and approaches to support both a successful major gifts program and campaign readiness. This program is for those new to major gift fundraising, as well as our seasoned pros looking to elevate their major gift programs by inviting other key partners into this relationship work.
