Bianca Derouene is President & Founder of Aperio Philanthropy, a consulting firm that builds the capacity of nonprofits to generate sustainable, growing mission funding. Her specialty is partnering with nonprofit leadership to articulate bold visions and then—critically—to bring them to life through strategic project management. She combines an executive perspective, data-driven approach, and talent for fundraiser management to expertly build the capacity, productivity, and success of philanthropy programs. Prior to founding Aperio, Bianca served in leadership roles at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the AmericanRed Cross, in addition to serving as a consultant to various smaller organizations. She holds a Master of Science in Global Affairs from New York University.
