Catherine Covington (she/her) has been fundraising in the Austin area since 2018 and loves what she does - helping people help others. She currently serves as Stewardship Officer for the Texas McCombs School of Business. She has served as Grants Associate with CASA of Travis County and as Development Assistant with Austin Pets Alive! (and misses having an office full of foster kittens.) Catherine currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Austin Chapter and of the Grant Professionals Association Austin-Central Texas Chapter. Prior to fundraising, Catherine was a jack of all trades for a small animal rescue based out of South Carolina and worked for various museums in and around Washington D.C. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Historic Preservation & Art History from the University of Mary Washington. When she is not working, you will find her at Barton Springs, attending a concert, the ballet, or the opera, or trying out new restaurants.
