Supporters In Sight: Using Personas to Connect with Your Core Supporters

Melissa Bank Stepno - Blackbaud

Can you identify the core supporters in your database? With fewer donors giving to charities today, your relationships with those who are still giving are more valuable than ever. In this session, Melissa Bank Stepno will walk you through what personas are and how you can leverage their power to curate personalized, scalable engagement strategies for your donors. She’ll share key insights from the Blackbaud Institute’s Supporters In Sight report series to help you understand how to apply personas in your major giving strategies, annual funds, peer-to-peer campaigns, and more.
