2022 Philanthropy Day Awards

Submit Nomination for Philanthropy Day
DEADLINE EXTENDED: The deadline to submit a 2022 Philanthropy Day nomination is extended to September 20, 2021.
Philanthropy Day  Awards are a tradition - a very special annual opportunity to celebrate our collective, and individual, work for the greater good. No other Austin event gathers such a wide swath of causes, funders, professionals and community leaders centered on philanthropy. Learn more about Philanthropy Day Nominations here.

In service of this long-standing tradition and the needs of our entire community, this year's Philanthropy Day Awards Review Committee is tasked by the Board of Directors to implement recommendations from the earlier Inclusion and Philanthropy Task Force. The Committee, and affiliated Awards Review Advisory Group, have reviewed and updated the current awards process, and for the third year, will honor someone who has provided significant leadership in bringing inclusion, diversity, equity, and access to philanthropy through the Communitarian Award.

Please be thinking about your nominees for a very special Philanthropy Day on March 24, 2022.
You can preview the nomination questions and essays prompts here. Please note that all Philanthropy Day Awards nominations must be submitted via the Survey Monkey form. No paper submissions will be accepted.
Early Bird Deadline 8/27: New for this year, any applications submitted by 5pm CST on Friday, August 27th are eligible for review and feedback provided by the Philanthropy Day Awards Committee. While we cannot provide feedback on the quality or substance of the application, a member of the committee will let you know if there are any issues with your submission, such as missing or incomplete items, or if your nomination would be a better fit in a different category. Feedback will be provided by Friday, September 3rd, with enough time to make changes and resubmit by the final September 15th deadline.
