The annual Philanthropy Day Awards celebration recognizes and honors outstanding achievements by individuals, corporations, foundations and nonprofit organizations whose philanthropy creates a significant impact on the quality of life in Central Texas. Awards are presented at the annual Philanthropy Day Awards celebration. Proceeds from the event directly support AFP Greater Austin’s mission of advancing philanthropy by enabling people and organizations to practice effective and ethical fundraising. More specifically, event support enables the Chapter to offer year-round programming, move forward local IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access) initiatives, as well as scholarships for local fundraisers and nonprofit professionals.  

Join us on Friday, May 5, as our AFP Greater Austin community comes together for a Philanthrobration as we transform our annual event into a uniquely and wonderfully Austin evening celebration at the Long Center for the Performing Arts H-E-B City Terrace! Featuring live music, a Non-Profit Stroll and food trucks, this event is not to be missed, and we want YOU to be a part of it!
